Michael leads the Bay Area Commissioning Team, and provides commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy audits, and savings analysis for new and existing buildings. He works closely with project teams through the entire commissioning process, including pre-design and occupancy phases for HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and related control systems.
