Portland’s Interface Engineering Congratulates
New PE
Portland, OR - Interface Engineering,
a mechanical and electrical consulting engineering
firm, congratulates Thomas Phuong, PE, LEED AP for
recently passing his Professional Engineer exam. Thomas’
designation brings Interface’s PE count to 36.
Thomas Phuong, PE, LEED AP received his Bachelor
of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Portland. He was hired by Interface Engineering
as a graduate in 1999 and is a member of the Institute
of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Thomas specializes
in energy efficient educational facility design and
also has experience with a variety of project types
including commercial and residential. Many of his
projects are LEED Certified or Registered. Thomas
is currently working on the Portland State University
Academic and Student Recreation Center which has a
LEED Silver goal.
