Food & Agriculture Renovation

The scope of work for this project included
study and design for a complete electrical renovation,
including power, intrusion detection, fire alarm,
and lighting systems design. Investigation
was followed with a report reviewing each system,
including proposed solutions and estimated costs.
The building contains 128,500 SF on four floor
and a basement. The building is listed
on the state historic register and has historically
significant features that had to be preserved
during the remodel and renovation. The design
team worked closely with State Historical Preservation
Office (SHPO) to ensure the success of the renovation
and preservation measures.
