Tengizchevroil Dostyk Village
Atyrau, Kazakhstan
The project consisted of community buildings
(school building, clubhouse building, gymnasium
building, indoor tennis/track building, and
outdoor pool), security building, central plant
building, guardhouses, and 90 units of residential
housing for executive housing. A centralized
utility plant was designed for the compound;
the mechanical systems were designed for the
temperature range of –40 to 105 degrees
(F). Each housing unit has an integrated
fire alarm and security system, monitored by
a central campus security system.
