Gregory Lofts
Portland, Oregon
Gregory Lofts, located in the heart of the
Pearl District, is a 12-story, mixed-use building
providing approximately 340,000 SF of space.
The Gregory will contain retail spaces around
the first floor perimeter with private parking
in the core of the first four stories.
The second, third and fourth floors also contain
office spaces, with a separate lobby entrance
at Northwest Tenth Avenue. The tower section
includes approximately 145 units of upscale
loft living. Interface provided mechanical,
electrical, lighting, energy, and fire protection
design services for this project. For
the parking structure, garage exhaust systems
were designed. Smoke control systems were
also designed by Interface, and include corridor
and stairwell pressurization.
