Marshall Wells Building

 Built
in 1910, this warehouse was transformed into
an upscale loft complex while retaining a classic
industrial look through high ceilings, large
windows and the original woodwork. The building’s
most unique feature is a spacious atrium that
runs from the third floor up to the open roof.
The 310,000 SF building has eight stories of
loft space, including a penthouse, and two levels
of parking.
