Pinnacle Lofts

Portland, OR

Pinnacle Lofts (310,000 SF) includes a seven- and fourteen-story building over two levels of below-grade parking. The total development holds 174 units. The project also has 8,000 SF of retail space, including a separate single-story retail building and 80,000 SF of parking space. Interface provided designs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical power, lighting and fire alarm systems.
