systems since the early 1980s for dozens of
these upscale, fresh seafood style restaurants.
Projects have included new construction of stand-alone
spaces, and tenant improvements to existing
locations, including historic buildings. Mechanical
and electrical systems designed have included
heating and cooling, plumbing, power, and fire
alarm and fire protection systems.
