Interface commissioned a new two tower, 37 story and 22 story (above grade), High-rise Residential structure with 754 apartments and 4 story (below grade) parking garage with robotic valet. The LEED v3 project consisted of two 19 story and 35 story towers connected by a nine story podium with many high-efficiency systems throughout.
