The four-story creative office building’s materials reflect the beauty of the Southern Oregon landscape surrounding it. It houses Sony Interactive’s Bend design studio and is comprised of large open and individual office areas, conference rooms, theater, data center, a rooftop deck, and central commons spaces. Indoor bike parking along with shower and locker facilities are attractive amenities to health conscious tenants. The project utilized high efficiency HVAC systems including condensing boilers, VAV rooftop air handlers, and LED lighting throughout.
