Fogo de Chao is a 250 seat Brazilian steakhouse located in the heart of downtown Portland. Interface provided design assist services for the kitchen, open grill, salad bar, wine rack, private dining, and restrooms on main floor, as well as the 3,000 sf basement containing storage and work space.
