The project is a new 195,000 GSF 3 story lab building with a complete lower level below grade. The project will displace existing modular offices as well as other end of life existing buildings on site. The building will house a new basic research and clinical research facility for the Stanford School of Medicine. Interface performed a detailed energy analysis to compare EUI and carbon emissions for various design options.
