Ten20 is one of three mixed-use projects recently developed by The Hanover Company.
One of Bellevue’s newest apartment high-rises is the Ten20 Building, a 20-story mixed-use project with 129 apartments, four level subterranean parking garage, a “black box” theater, executive conference room, and ground floor retail. Residents have access to an on-site fitness center, a demonstration kitchen, a wine room, and a café.
Interface provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, lighting and building technologies design services for the design/build project.
