The Henry’s 12th Street Tavern location was the former home of a Brew House and Malt Building retail area. Interface Engineering used their experience with historic renovations to solve some of the project's unique design challenges. Tenant improvements included construction of a mezzanine level, renovations to the ground floor dining and lounge areas, the kitchen and outside patio.
