Interface is providing MEP engineering, sustainable design consulting, energy services, fire protection, and lighting design for this Class A 240,000 sf foot office and retail complex with 200,000 sf of underground parking. Sustainable features include:

  • Variable Refrigerant Volume Heat Recovery HVAC system fed from central condenser water loop
  • Daylighting strategies to minimize electrical lighting
  • Dedicated outside air systems to improve indoor air quality
  • Low light density allowances
  • Improved exterior envelope and glazing systems
  • Demand based garage ventilation systems
