Hyatt Centric Waikiki

The hotel is a true mixed-use facility, including small retailers on the ground floor and a big box retailer encompassing the entire second floor. With so many stakeholders and design teams, close coordination was critical to the success of this project. In order to meet a tight schedule, it was divided into multiple projects in order to facilitate late move-out of office tenants, turn-over of retail spaces for tenant improvement work, as well as Waikiki Special District Permitting.
