Interface was the MEP engineer of record for this Design-build project which was brought in on budget while still providing a host of sustainable solutions. 

Sustainable strategies included:  
» Increasing daylighting
» Individual temperature controls throughout
» Radiant slabs, and a cascading airflow system
» Radiant heating and cooled slabs
» Cascading airflow system to reduce system sizes
» Mechanical thermal control in each occupied space
» LED lighting throughout
» Aggressive daylighting and water strategies 
» High efficiency envelope
