Under Armour Global Headquarters featured in Architectural Record

Interface Engineering is pleased to share that the Under Armour Global Headquarters was featured in the June 2026 issue of Architectural Record. The article highlights the transformative new campus in Baltimore’s Peninsula district and explores how the project combines mass timber construction, ambitious sustainability goals, and innovative workplace design to create a distinctive headquarters for one of the region’s most recognizable brands.

Designed by Gensler, the approximately 287,000-square-foot, five-story headquarters was conceived as a high-performance workplace that reflects Under Armour’s commitment to innovation, community, and environmental responsibility. The feature also showcases the building’s dramatic ETFE-clad façade, mass timber structure, and net-zero energy aspirations.

Interface Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, energy modeling, and sustainability consulting services for the project. We are honored to have contributed to a project that continues to receive national recognition for its design and performance.
